ORDERING

All gifts ship within the Continental United States only.  Your gift will include a gift message of your choice.

Ship Times:  We ship orders Monday thru Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & holidays will be processed the next business day.

Multiple Gifts:  You can order multiple gifts and have them ship to different addresses and only pay once for all the gifts.  You will have to make an account instead of checking out as a guest. You will be prompted at checkout.

Discounts:  We do offer corporate discounts on total orders of $500 or more.  Please contact us for special discount rates.

 

GUARANTEE

 

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will cheerfully replace defective or damaged items if notified within 3 days. In some cases we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the reason for your dissatisfaction.  Call or email us if you have a problem and we will do our best to take care of it. 

 

 

QUALITY CONTROL

We want your gift basket to arrive at it's destination looking fabulous so we pay attention to the whole process. Each gift is hand made, then bagged or shrink-wrapped in cellophane. A pretty bow is the finishing touch. We then pack your gifts in heavy duty cardboard boxes and place plenty of packing materials around it to virtually eliminate shifting during transport.

Candy Bouquets: During the summer months some candy bouquets will have chocolate replaced with another item.

SUBSTITUTIONS: There may be times when we need to substitute items in a basket. If this is necessary we will always substitute a product that is equal to or of a higher value. 

 

SHIPPING

SHIPPING COSTS: Our shipping costs are listed on each product page.  Shipping costs are based on the size, dimensions and weight of each box that is shipped and reflect the delicate nature of the gifts.

Ground Shipping:  We offer approximate in transit times of 2-5 business days for ground.  Please realize this is an estimate and we can not guarantee ground shipping to arrive on certain dates.  We do not honor refund requests for a gift being shipped GROUND and not arriving for a certain date therefore there will be no refunds for early or late ground arrivals. Priority mail is also not guaranteed for a certain delivery date. Express mail is guaranteed for a delivery date, but not to certain remote areas.

Expedited Shipping Guarantee:  If you choose to upgrade your shipping to  3 Day, 2 Day or Next Business Day and if the shipping company does not deliver on time we will file a claim with the shipping carrier for those shipments that are guaranteed for a delivery date and refund your full shipping costs paid.  Shipping companies do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method during Holidays.

Hospital Deliveries:  We highly discourage hospital deliveries, some hospitals will automatically refuse a gift if the patient has been sent home. This will incur additional shipping charges as the shipping company may require another shipping fee to send it back. Gifts may also be lost easily as they are usually delivered to the shipping dock and not the front desk. Most likely if you place an order to arrive at a hospital we will refund your money or request you to ship to the patients home.

Returned Package: If the package is returned to us because of a wrong address being supplied then there will be a charge for reshipping to the corrected delivery address.  Claims or requests for refunds due to bad addresses will not be honored.

PO, APO, FPO: Please check the baskets shipping tab page for specific details as some baskets can not be shipped to an APO or PO address. There is no delivery confirmation available from USPS for APO packages. Please note that due to uncertain temperatures and shipping times when shipping to an APO address we cannot guarantee quality of chocolate gifts upon arrival even when packed in ice. Nor can we guarantee an APO delivery itself, because it is the military doing the delivery and not a regular shipping company. Please decide if you want to take this risk before shipping. We recommend a non-chocolate choice for overseas APO addresses.

If a gift is damaged in transit, please contact us via email or phone immediately (within 3 days), so we may issue a return slip and file a claim with the shipping company. Note: You must save packaging and gift in the same condition as you received it for proof for the shipping company. We can not guarantee gift quality or delivery if the shipping company leaves the gift outside or delivers to a receiving area in an office or hospital.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:  We will verify your payment info before shipping.
