Sorry - We Cannot Ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses when shipping UPS, DHL or FedEx.
We can ship care packages to an APO address. Note: When shipping to an APO address, there is no delivery confirmation available from USPS. Package delivery cannot be guaranteed due to uncertain delivery conditions and the fact that the package is taken by the military, once it reaches the military US facilities, to the gift recipient.
Please note that due to uncertain temperatures and shipping times when shipping to an overseas APO address we cannot guarantee quality of gifts upon arrival even when packed in ice. Nor can we guarantee delivery itself, because it is the military doing the delivery and not a regular shipping company. Please decide before shipping if you are willing to take this risk as we will not guarantee delivery. The majority of gifts do arrive fine, but occasionally they get lost.
We recommend a non-chocolate choice for overseas APO addresses.

GUARANTEE: Your satisfaction is
our goal. We will cheerfully replace defective or damaged items if
notified within 7 days. In some cases we may offer a full or partial
refund depending on the reason for your dissatisfaction. Call or email us
if you have a problem and we will do our best to take care of it. Shipping
costs will not be refunded and cost to ship a basket back to us will be
your responsibility on returns. Please see Shipping Info below for additional information about damage during shipment. Return SHIPPING COSTS: Our shipping costs depend on the size, dimensions and weight of each box that is shipped and reflect the delicate nature of the gifts. Return QUALITY CONTROL: We want your gift basket to arrive at it's destination looking fabulous so we pay attention to the whole process. Each gift is hand made, then bagged or shrink-wrapped in cellophane. A pretty bow is the finishing touch. We then pack your gifts in heavy duty cardboard boxes and place plenty of packing materials around it to virtually eliminate shifting during transport. Return SHIPPING INFO: We will not be responsible for deliveries delayed by weather or other acts of God. Nor can we guarantee gift quality or delivery if the shipping company leaves the gift outside or delivers to a receiving area in an office or hospital. We are not responsible for damage during shipping but will refund your money and file a claim with the shipping company. Note: You must save packaging and gift in the same condition as you received it for proof for the shipping company. If the shipping company does not deliver on time we will file a claim with the shipping carrier for those shipments that are guaranteed for a delivery date and refund your shipping costs. NOTE: UPS Ground Residential shipping is not guaranteed for a certain date therefore there will be no refunds for early or late arrivals. Priority mail is also not guaranteed for a certain delivery date. Express mail is guaranteed for a delivery date, but not to certain remote areas. NOTE: Shipping companies do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method during Holidays. Return
Hospital Deliveries: We highly discourage hospital deliveries. Some hospitals will automatically refuse a gift if the patient has been sent home. This will incur additional shipping charges as the shipping company may require another shipping fee to send it back. Gifts may also be lost easily as they are usually delivered to the shipping dock and not the front desk. SHIPPING Cookies, Candy Bouquets, Summer Shipping & Perishables: Any gifts that have perishable food needs to be shipped via 2nd or next day shipping. When the hot summer months arrive we must include ice packs in all of the boxes that have chocolate and perishable gifts in addition chocolates must be shipped via express shipping.
Candy Bouquets: During the summer months some candy bouquets will have chocolate replaced with another item. Return
SUBSTITUTIONS: There may be times when we need to substitute items in a basket. If this is necessary we will always substitute a product that is equal to or of a higher value. Return
INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES: For any address that you supply that is incomplete or incorrect there will be $15.00 address correction fee as we are charged extra by the shipping company when this happens. Note: It is very important for you to include a phone number for the gift recipient so that the gift recipient may be called if the shipping company has a problem delivering your gift. Returned Package: If the package is returned to us because of a wrong address being supplied then there will be a charge for the cost of UPS shipping the package back to us and in addition either a second shipping charge to re-deliver or a 25% restocking fee. Claims or requests for refunds due to bad addresses will not be honored. Return
PO, APO, INTERNATIONAL: We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses unless the gift basket has the option of priority mail or express mail. NOTE: When shipping to an APO address use the priority mail option. Please check the baskets shipping map/info page for specific details as some baskets offering priority mail can not be shipped to an APO address. There is no delivery confirmation available from USPS for APO packages. If your order is addressed to a P.O. box or APO address a $15.00 rerouting fee will be charged if gift does not have priority mail option and additional shipping fees may be charged. PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: We will verify your payment info before shipping. For any returned check there will be a $20.00 charge. Note: There will be a 15% restocking fee for special orders that are cancelled.
